As a trainee hospitality trainer, I used H5P to create an interactive activity on “Introduction to Advances Cooking Techniques.” I chose this tool because it allows learners to participate actively and apply what they have learned in a fun and engaging way. Through drag-and-drop and other interactive features, learners can practice various cooking correctly while reinforcing their understanding of fine dining standards. This approach supports both visual and practical learning, which is essential in hospitality training.

Creating this H5P activity was a valuable learning experience for me. It helped me see how technology can make teaching more engaging and interactive, especially in hospitality where practical skills are essential. I learned how to combine creativity with digital tools to support learners in understanding table setting procedures more effectively. This experience also improved my confidence in using online teaching tools and inspired me to integrate more interactive content in future lessons to enhance learner participation and understanding.
