Module 2

This module on Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork Skills helped me understand how effective communication, collaboration, and relationship management form the foundation of success in any learning or work environment.

In the TVET sector, where trainers, learners, and administrators constantly interact, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are vital for building trust, promoting understanding, and achieving common goals. Through the six topics, I learned how to communicate effectively, manage conflicts, develop supportive relationships, and foster social cohesion in both professional and social settings.

This module strengthened my confidence and competence in engaging others positively and working collaboratively — qualities essential for a professional educator and leader.
