Module Summary and Reflection

This Module focused on key concepts in Educational Psychology, including learning processes, motivation, and classroom management. Educational Psychology helps trainers understand how trainers think, feel and behave , and how to create effective learning environments. Through this module, I learned about different learning theories  such as behaviorism, cognitism, constructivism, and humanism.

Although no formal assigments was given for this module, I actively participated in class activities and discussions. The lessons enhanced my understanding of how psychogical principles can be applied to improve teaching and learning. This knowledge will be useful in my future role as a trainer to handle diverse trainees effectively.
