In this phase, I learned how to translate the results of the TNA into a structured course plan. The design stage focuses on developing learning objectives, content outlines, instructional strategies, assessment methods, and learner support mechanisms.
I was introduced to models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) which guide the systematic design of effective courses. I learned how to integrate multimedia tools, learner interaction, and feedback mechanisms to enhance engagement.
This topic improved my instructional planning and course organization skills β ensuring that I can design digital lessons that are both interactive and outcome-driven.
