🏁 Unit Conclusion

The Lead Workplace Team module has greatly enhanced my leadership capacity and interpersonal awareness. It taught me that effective leadership is about inspiring others, managing diversity, and creating environments where everyone can thrive.

I now understand that leading a team requires more than just technical knowledge — it demands communication, empathy, fairness, and a deep respect for human dignity.
