7250 FLEXIBLE AND BLENDED LEARNING

✍️This unit introduced me to the dynamic world of teaching that combines both traditional face-to-face approaches and modern digital platforms. In today's fast-changing education system, flexibility and blended learning are essential because they make education accessible, interactive, and adaptability to the needs of different learners. For me as a future TVET hospitality trainer, this unit was a gateway to understanding how to  effectively use technology and teaching methods to reach learners wherever they are , while still maintaining personal interaction.
