Module 6

This module emphasized the continuous process of professional and personal development in the life of a trainer. It focused on identifying training needs, offering effective support services, fostering self-reflection, and maintaining the professional credentials required to serve in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

As a developing trainer, I learned that growth is not limited to academic qualifications — it involves continuous learning, mentorship, skill improvement, and self-evaluation to remain relevant and effective in the dynamic field of education and training.
