✍️The Education Administration unit provided me with practical knowledge and skills for managing teaching, learning, and institutional processes effectively. It focused on planning, organization, leadership, record-keeping, and policy implementation within the education system. As a future TVET hospitality trainer, I found this unit particularly valuable because it showed me that successful teaching does not happen in isolation-it requires strong administration to ensure order, accountability, and smooth operations in both classrooms and institutions.
