Topic 1: Types of Leadership Styles 

In this topic, I explored various leadership styles, including autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, transformational, and transactional leadership. I learned how each style affects decision-making, motivation, and institutional culture. The discussion and activities allowed me to reflect on my personal leadership tendencies and identify areas for growth. I realized that effective leaders often blend different styles depending on the context and the needs of their team. Understanding these styles will help me adapt my leadership approach to promote participation, accountability, and innovation within a TVET environment.
