White color symbolizes cleanliness and professionalism.
2. Apron

Easy to remove if heavily soiled, helping maintain hygiene.
3. Neckerchief (Scarf)
Traditionally worn around the neck to absorb sweat and maintain comfort in hot kitchen environments.
Adds to professional appearance and keeps sweat from dripping into food.
4. Kitchen Cloth (Side Towel)
Carried by chefs for holding hot pans or wiping spills.
Must always be clean to avoid contamination.
Used as a handy tool but never a substitute for oven mitts when handling very hot items.
5. Chef’s Hat / Cap (Toque or Hairnet)
Prevents hair from falling into food, maintaining hygiene.
Also signifies rank and professionalism in some kitchens.
6. Trousers

8. Gloves (as needed)
