Topic 3: Organizational Communication Networks

In this topic, I explored the communication structures and channels that exist within organizations. I learned about formal and informal communication networks and how messages flow vertically (upward and downward) and horizontally (across departments).

Understanding organizational communication has helped me appreciate how information sharing supports decision-making, efficiency, and teamwork. As a future trainer, I now recognize the need to maintain clarity, transparency, and professionalism in all institutional communications to foster harmony and effectiveness.
