Topic 5: Sexual Health and Infectious Diseases

This topic explored sexual health education and disease prevention, emphasizing the need for awareness, personal responsibility, and informed decision-making. I learned about the prevention and management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV/AIDS, and the importance of regular health checkups.

The topic also highlighted the significance of open communication about sexual health issues in safe and respectful ways. It reinforced my responsibility as a trainer to create a supportive environment that promotes awareness, respect, and confidentiality regarding learners’ well-being.
