Topic 4: Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Abstinence

This topic addressed the dangers of substance abuse and its impact on personal health, workplace performance, and community well-being. I learned that alcohol and drug misuse can lead to poor judgment, absenteeism, accidents, and broken relationships.

Through group discussions and case studies, I understood the importance of awareness campaigns, counseling, and rehabilitation programs in supporting those affected. As a future trainer, I will advocate for drug-free institutions and serve as a role model by promoting self-discipline and healthy living.
