Module 1

Module 1 introduced fundamental concepts essential for professional growth and effective practice in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The module provided valuable insights into personal development, professional ethics, and the importance of reflective practice in improving teaching and learning outcomes. Through this module, I was able to assess my attitudes, values, and competencies as a future trainer, while identifying areas that require further development. This reflection forms the basis for continuous improvement and lifelong learning in the teaching profession. 

Module 1 focused on developing self-awareness, goal setting, and professional competence among Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) trainers. It emphasized the importance of understanding one’s personal vision and mission, effective goals management, and maintaining a positive self-image. The module also explored how psychosocial support and the role of skills providers contribute to holistic learner development.

Through these topics, I learned to reflect critically on my personal values, professional behavior, and responsibilities as a future trainer.
