Topic 3: Organizing Evidence of Learning and Reflection

In this topic, I learned how to collect, organize, and upload evidence of learning such as assignments, activity photos, videos, and assessment reports. I also learned the importance of adding reflective statements for each piece of evidence — explaining what I did, what I learned, and how it contributed to my professional growth.

This process helped me see my progress clearly, identify areas of improvement, and celebrate my achievements. It also reinforced the habit of critical thinking and self-evaluation — essential skills for effective trainers in the TVET system.
