🏁 Module Conclusion

The Managing Human Capital module has equipped me with essential skills and insights into managing people effectively within a TVET institution. I learned that human resources are the most valuable assets of any organization, and their management requires fairness, empathy, and strategic planning.

Through this module, I developed a deeper understanding of recruitment, appraisal, planning, and discipline as interconnected processes that influence institutional success. It also strengthened my interpersonal and leadership skills — key attributes for any educator or administrator.

As a future trainer, I am now prepared to foster a positive work environment, support staff development, and contribute to institutional growth through effective human capital management.
