Topic 5: Role of Skills Providers

The final topic focused on the role of skills providers in personal development and national growth. I learned that TVET trainers are not just educators but also facilitators of empowerment who equip learners with employable skills, ethical values, and entrepreneurial mindsets.

This topic reinforced my understanding that effective trainers go beyond technical instruction — they nurture confidence, guide learners through personal challenges, and prepare them to contribute meaningfully to society and the economy.
