✨Throughout the unit, I gained hands-on experience with online tools, virtual classrooms, and strategies for integrating technology with classrooms, and strategies for interacting technology with classroom teaching. I realized that blended learning is not just about using computers, but about designing lessons that combine theory, practice, and learner engagement across different modes. I also learned the importance of being flexible as a trainer-adapting lesson plans, responding to challenges, and making sure that learning outcomes are achieved despite limitations such as time, resources, or location.
I found that blended learning also cultivates learner independence. Learners can study at their own pace through online resources, while still benefiting from direct guidance during face-to-face sessions. This balance between independence and support prepare learners forreal-life situations where adaptability is key. Personally , I grew more confident in using digital platforms, managing online discussions , and thinking of creative ways to make lessons interactive.
