The Special Methods unit enabled me to explore effective teaching and training methodologies suitable for different learning contexts. I learned how to select and apply appropriate instructional methods to enhance learner engagement and understanding. This unit strengthened my ability to plan learner-centered lessons, use teaching aids effectively, and adapt methods to accommodate diverse learner abilities and learning styles. 

In addition to, The Special Methods unit focused on strengthening my instructional competence through the application of appropriate teaching and training methodologies. The unit emphasized learner-centred teaching, active learning strategies, and effective lesson planning. I learned how to select, adapt, and apply teaching methods based on learning outcomes, learner characteristics, and training contexts. Through lesson planning, micro-teaching, and reflection, this unit enhanced my ability to deliver structured, engaging, and outcome-based instruction in line with CBET principles.
