In conclusion, Educational Psychology deepened my understanding of learners as individuals and gave me tools to make my teaching more effective and inclusive. It taught me to be observant, patient, and adaptable, ensuring that I meet learners at their level while guiding them toward growth. This unit prepared me to not only deliver content but also to mentor and inspire learners, making their education a transformative journey. 

Educational Psychology in TVET deepened my understanding of how learners think, feel, and behave within a training environment. I learned how to apply psychological theories to motivate learners, manage behavior, and improve classroom engagement. This unit helped me appreciate individual learning differences and develop empathy as a trainer. I am now better equipped to create learner-centered approaches that foster holistic growth, motivation, and performance in vocational settings.
