Topic 4: Implementation Phase of Course Design – Stages

In this topic, I explored the process of launching and delivering the online course. I learned about the different stages of implementation — orientation, facilitation, assessment, and feedback.

The topic taught me that successful implementation requires clear communication, continuous learner support, and effective time management. Trainers must also monitor participation, guide discussions, and resolve challenges promptly to maintain learner engagement.

By applying these principles, I gained a deeper understanding of how to facilitate active online learning environments that encourage collaboration and independent study.
