The completion of Term 2 marks an important milestone in my training journey as a future TVET trainer. Throughout this term, I have gained valuable knowledge, developed practical skills, and strengthened my professional attitude through consistent participation in online classes and activities. Each unitโranging from Flexible and Blended Learning, Essential Skills, TVET Philosophy, Educational Psychology in TVET, Sociology of Education, Gender and Inclusivity, to Education Administrationโhas contributed uniquely to my growth as an educator and reflective practitioner.
This termโs experiences have equipped me with the ability to apply blended learning strategies, foster inclusivity in education, and manage training environments effectively. I have also enhanced my digital literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills through interactive online learning.

Participating in online sessions throughout this term strengthened my digital literacy, self-discipline, and time management skills. I learned how to actively engage in virtual classes, contribute to group discussions, and collaborate through digital tools such as Google Meet and Gnomio. This experience not only prepared me to function effectively in technology-enhanced learning environments but also positioned me to become a trainer capable of integrating digital strategies into teaching and assessment.
