The completion of Term 2 marks an important milestone in my training journey as a future TVET trainer. Throughout this term, I have gained valuable knowledge, developed practical skills, and strengthened my professional attitude through consistent participation in online classes and activities. Each unit—ranging from Flexible and Blended Learning, Essential Skills, TVET Philosophy, Educational Psychology in TVET, Sociology of Education, Gender and Inclusivity, to Education Administration—has contributed uniquely to my growth as an educator and reflective practitioner.
This term’s experiences have equipped me with the ability to apply blended learning strategies, foster inclusivity in education, and manage training environments effectively. I have also enhanced my digital literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills through interactive online learning.
Overall, Term 2 has been a period of continuous learning, reflection, and transformation. It has strengthened my commitment to uphold the values of quality training, innovation, and inclusivity in the TVET sector. I look forward to applying the competencies I have gained to create positive, learner-centered experiences in my future professional practice.
