Module 1

This module focused on developing my understanding of leadership within educational and training institutions, with a special emphasis on the TVET context. Through the study of leadership styles, vision and mission development, institutional policies, and program implementation, I learned the critical role that leadership plays in shaping institutional performance, culture, and sustainability. The module helped me appreciate how effective leaders influence not only organizational outcomes but also inspire staff and learners toward shared goals.

As a future TVET trainer and leader, this module strengthened my managerial thinking, communication skills, and ability to create a positive and productive institutional environment. It provided the foundation for becoming a responsible, visionary, and transformational leader who values teamwork, inclusivity, and ethical decision-making.
