CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 2 (2026)

A RESOLUTION OF THE ELGIN CITY COUNCIL SELECTING A NEWSPAPER

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin is required by Oregon State Law under ORS 193.020 to select an official newspaper for all public and legal notices.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin selects the East Oregonian for the official newspaper for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2026.
