CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 16 (2017)

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City of Elgin Oregon hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 2017-18.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June 2017.

I, Brock L. Eckstein, City Recorder/Administrator hereby certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on April 23rd, 2018 and a public hearing before the City Council was held on May 8th, 2018, giving citizens an opportunity to comment on the use of State Revenue Sharing.  The foregoing resolution was passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Elgin Oregon at a regular or special meeting of said Council, held on the 8th day of May 2018.
