24-22 Summary Abatement

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 24 (2022)

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO ABATE NUISANCES AND REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT TAX LOT 1104 IN BLOCK 7 OF HINDMAN’S ADDITION OF MAP #01N3915AB, 690 NORTH 12TH AVENUE, ELGIN, UNION COUNTY, OREGON.

WHEREAS: Any charges arise from Summary Abatement of Debris and Odors under the City of Elgin Ordinances 8.08.050 (A)(I)); AND City of Elgin Ordinances 8.08.080 (B) Dangerous Buildings; AND 8.080.120 (A)(B) Unenumerated Nuisances AND

WHEREAS: A Summary Abatement was declared by the City Recorder/Administrator due to the hazardous situation created by the said nuisances and the imminent danger to any occupant(s) or public who may be in or around the property per under City of Elgin Ordinance 8.08.080 (B).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Elgin City Council directs City Administrator to abate nuisances and real property located at the above identified real property.
