Chapter 15.04 - HOUSE NUMBERING

15.04.010 - Visible address numbers required.

For the purpose of emergency situations, and then faster response time to that emergency in a safe manner, all residents living in the corporate city of Elgin, Oregon shall place house numbers on their residence, and place of business. The address numbers shall be placed in such a manner on the residence or business that they are readily visible from the street facing the residence or business.

15.04.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
