CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 10 (2025)

EMPLOYEE MANUAL AMENDMENT

WHEREAS: In 2023, the Elgin City Council adopted the Elgin Employee Manual;

WHEREAS: The current Elgin Employee Manual offers a $16 monthly minimum allowance at the Elgin Transfer Station;

WHEREAS: The current minimum fee at the Elgin Transfer Station is $20;

RESOLVED: Chapter IV.C.2 is amended as follows:

2. Monthly Allowance of $16.00 at the Solid Waste Transfer Station for the minimum amount that the City Council establishes by Resolution.
