CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1322 (2014)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SETTING the Amendment to Article 5, Sections 5.7.4 (a), 5.8, 6.1.1, 6.1.3, 6.2.1 (e), 6.2.1 (f), 6.3.1 (b) and the addition of the Paid Benefit Accrual Schedule to the City of Elgin Personnel Policy

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin hereby amends Article 5, Sections 5.7.4 (a), 5.8, 6.1.1, 6.1.3, 6.2.1 e, 6.2.1 (f),6.3.1 (b) and the addition of the Paid Benefit Accrual Schedule to the City of Elgin Personnel Policy

WHEREAS: This resolution allows for the City of Elgin to provide and maintain Pay and Compensation items that will be equitable to both the City of Elgin Employees and the City of Elgin.

Amending Article 5, dated March 27, 2014

1. Section 5.7.4 (a) – Overtime

2. Section 5.8 – On-call Pay

3. 6.1.1 – Holidays

4. 6.1.3 – Holidays

5. 6.2.1 (e) – Vacation

6. 6.2.1 (f) – Vacation

7. 6.3.1 (b) – Sick Leave

Adding the Paid Hours Accrual Schedule

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin Personnel Policy Article 5, Sections 5.7.4 (a), 5.8, 6.1.1, 6.1.3, 6.2.1 (e), 6.2.1 (f), 6.3.1 (b) will be amended to the above and the addition of the Paid Benefit Accrual Schedule to the City of Elgin Personnel Policy
