4-19 ATV Fees

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 4 (2019)

A RESOLUTION OF THE ELGIN CITY COUNCIL SETTING FEE'S FOR THE LICENSING OF ATV'S PERSUENT OF CITY OF ELGIN ORDINANCE 1 (2019)

WHEREAS: Per City of Elgin Ordinance 1 (2019), Section 8(C), "A person operating an ATV under this Ordinance must hold a valid ATV City Permit, which requires the holder to demonstrate the he or she has paid the appropriate fee for the Permit, Replacement Permit, or Temporary 3-day Permit" A person must first pay all appropriate fees to the City of Elgin before they can obtain a permit.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin sets the following fee's for purchasing an ATV City Permit: 

One Year Permit $10

Replacement One Year Permit $10

Temporary 3 Day Permit $5

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January 2019.
