CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1377 (2016)

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENTS OF LIENS ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON PARCEL 2 OF PARTITION PLAT 2006-0005 OF BLOCK 5 OF SOMMER'S ADDITION, TAX LOT 2003, 1901 BIRCH STREET, ELGIN, UNION COUNTY, OREGON

WHEREAS: Charges for water and sewer service have been due and payable for sixty (60) days or more, and that neither the amount nor any part thereof has been paid on the account serviced at said address; AND

WHEREAS: The charges arise from water and sewer fees and are assessed under the provisions of the City of Elgin Ordinances 13.04.08, 13.08.180 and 13.16.160.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: A Lien in the amount of $277.07 is hereby declared as attaching to the above identified real property for the reason that charges owing the City of Elgin are now past due and the Union County Clerk is hereby instructed to record the lien in the appropriate record book.
