A request was filed by Charles and Sheri Anderson, who own the property at 70775 Middle Road in Elgin, Oregon, to annex their property into the city limits. The territory described in Section 1 (A) is withdrawn from Union County, as this withdrawal is considered to be in the best interest of the City of Elgin.
