CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1287 (2012)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE ABSTRACT OF THE MAYORAL RECALL

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin, held a Recall Election-Measure 31-81, on February 28, 2012 for the Recall of John Stover, Mayor of Elgin.

WHEREAS: The Union County Clerk conducted this Recall Election and has provided the official abstract of votes, and;

WHEREAS: The abstract of votes as presented by the Union County Clerk is as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Elgin hereby accepts the Abstract of Votes provided by the Union County Clerk as summarized herein, and;

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th April, 2012.
