1307 Foreclosure Bid

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1307 (2014)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SETTING THE BID AUTHORIZED FOR FORCLOURE SALE OF LOT 7, WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin shall submit a bid to Northwest Trustee Services, Inc. in the amount of $45,471.81 plus Northwest Trustee Services fees with approval of this resolution. With approval of this resolution the Mayor is authorized to sign the Authorization to Bid at Foreclosure Sale document and any other necessary documents required to complete the foreclosure and transfer of title.

WHEREAS: The amount owed to the city is outlined on the Authorization for Bid at Foreclosure Sale attached and a part of this resolution, This amount is equal to the value of the promissory note, interest unpaid, unpaid taxes and attorney fees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin will submit an Authorization to Bid at Foreclosure Sale on Lot 7 of the Industrial Park in the amount of $45,471.81 plus Northwest Trustee Services fees and authorize the Mayor to sign the bid document and any other documents necessary to complete the foreclosure and transfer of title.
