1246 Interfund Transfers

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1246 (2008)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND, STREET FUND, WATER FUND  AND INDUSTRIAL PARK FUND

WHEREAS: The General Fund Solid Waste materials and services, the Street Fund Transfers, Water Fund transfers and Industrial Park materials and services expenditures for this fiscal year have been greater than anticipated, and;

WHEREAS: The budgeted appropriations for within each said fund are adequate to cover the necessary expenditures;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:  That the General Fund Solid Waste materials and services be increased by $2,500 and the General Fund Street Lights material and services be decreased by $2,500; and the Street Fund transfers be increased by $3,000 and the Street Fund materials and services be decreased by $3,000; and  the Water Fund transfers be increased by $3,000 and the Water Fund materials and services be decreased by $3,000; and the Industrial Park Fund materials and services be increased by $2,500 and the Industrial Park Fund capital be decreased by $2,500; with no net change in appropriations for each of the said funds.
