CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 12 (2025)

INTERNAL SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT

WHEREAS: In April 2025, the Elgin City Council decided to provide transfer station vouchers to Elgin residents funded by internal service reimbursements from the Abatements requirement in the Public Safety Fund;

WHEREAS: In April 2025, 17 City residents used transfer station vouchers valued at $20 apiece,

RESOLVED: The Elgin City Council authorizes an internal service reimbursement from the Abatements requirement in the Public Safety Fund into the Solid Waste resource in the Solid Waste Fund in the amount of $340.
