CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1299 (2013)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING CITIZENS COMPLAINT/DISPUTE FORM, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin City Council approved the establishment of a Complaint/Dispute form for Citizens, Staff and Elected Officials of Elgin and;

WHEREAS: the City Council of the City of Elgin recognizes the importance of hearing the complaints and disputes of the citizens, staff, and elected officials does hereby adopt the Complaint/Dispute form, Policies and Procedures.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The purpose of this resolution is to provide a policy for systematic and equitable procedures and regulations relating to the complaints and disputes of Citizens, Staff and Elected Officials.  Said rules and regulations are provided to maintain uniformity and equity in all matters and concerns brought before the City and to give the best service possible in a timely manner.
