1223 Interfund Transfer

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1223 (2007)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS: The City of Elgin has the opportunity to purchase a used police car from Hood River, and;

WHEREAS: to purchase this car and make it “road-ready”, an additional appropriation of $5,000 must be made to Police Department Capital;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That the General Fund Contingency be decrease by $5,000 and the Police Department Capital budget be increased by $5,000, that $5,000 be appropriated for the purpose of purchasing and outfitting a police car.
