CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1317 (2014)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SETTING THE ADOPTION PAY PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin is to provide policies for the systematic and equitable procedures and regulations in matters related to the compensation of employees of the City of Elgin:  Article 5, Section  5.1, 5.1.1.

WHEREAS:  the City of Elgin to adopt the Pay Plan for Fiscal Year 2015 based on Wage Market Study as Attachment A, Pay Plan to the Personal Policy Article 5, Section 5.1, 5.1.1.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin amends and adopts the Pay Plan for Fiscal Year 2015 based on Wage Market Study as Attachment A, Pay Plan to the Personnel Policy.  PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2014.
