CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1359 (2015)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ELGIN ADOPTING PROPERTY TAX BASED ON LB-50

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City of Elgin Oregon hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 2015-16.WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin Budget Committee has approved the property tax based on the attached LB-50 2015-2016 Form.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City Council of the City of Elgin hereby imposes the property tax based on LB-50 2015-2016 form attached.
