1400 RV Park Rates

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1400 (2016)

A Resolution Adjusting Hu-Na-Ha RV Park Rates

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: New Hu-Na-Ha RV Park Rates are as follows:

Tent Camping:  $20 per Day (up from $15)

Daily RV Parking:  Pull Through Site $35, Back-in Site $30 (up from $28/$22)

Weekly RV Parking:  Pull Through Site $160, Back-in Site $150 (up from $150/$145)

Monthly RV Parking:  Pull Through Site $400, Back-in Site $375 (up from $370/$345)

After two people, each additional person will continue to be an additional $7 per camper in an RV spot and $1 in a tent spot.

A late fee of $20 will be assessed if rent is not paid within a 5-day grace period of the due date on the contract.  After 10 days have passed, if no rent has been collected, the camper will be asked to leave. 

A $5 key deposit will be charged to any camper wishing to use showers.  If the key is lost the City of Elgin will retain the $5 key deposit in order to have it replaced.  So long as the key is returned, the deposit will be returned to the camper.

The City of Elgin will still assess the Oregon State Lodging Tax (1.8%) and the Union County Lodging Tax (3%) to all Daily and Weekly Campers.

The City of Elgin will still recognize a 10% discount to Good Sam’s Members and Recreation USA Members.  The City will still recognize a 20% discount to Military, active or retired with ID.

Sewer Dump fee’s for patrons without a campsite will continue to be $5, and showers $3.
