A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW PUBLIC SERVICE FEES 

WHEREAS: The Elgin City Council has realized that the current Public Service fees are not covering all associated City costs for the additional duties required by staff and equipment. 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Any fee may be waived by the City Council at a regular meeting following a conference with the City Administrator in time to place the item on the agenda in accordance with Council Rules.
