CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 25 (2025)

INTERNAL SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT

WHEREAS: In July 2025, the Elgin City Administrator issued a summary abatement order for Union County Property #01N3915-DD-01900;

WHEREAS: On July 2025, the City incurred $101.15 in transfer station fees,

RESOLVED: The Elgin City Council authorizes an internal service reimbursement from the Abatements requirement in the Public Safety Fund into the Solid Waste Revenue resource in the Solid Waste Fund in the amount of $101.15.
