CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 4 (2018)

A RESOLUTION INCREASING HU-NA-HA RV PARK RATES

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: New Hu-Na-Ha RV Park Rates are as follows:

Tent Camping- $20 per day (Currently $15) Weekly Rate-$100 (Currently $98)

Dailey RV Parking: Pull Through Site-$35, Back in Site-$30 (Currently $28/$22)

Weekly RV Parking: Pull Through Site-$175, Back in Site-$150 (Currently $150/$145)

These rates will still have the Oregon State Lodging Tax (1.8%) and the Union County Lodging Tax (3%) added to all Dailey and Weekly rates

Monthly RV Parking: Pull Through Site-$425, Back in Site-$400 (Currently $370/$345)We would do away with the $50 Electric Charge for November-February, so the new rate would just be a year round rate, thus current residents will only see a increase of $5 over what they have previously paid for monthly rent this past winter.

A late fee of $25 will be assessed if Rent is not paid within a 5-day grace period of the due date on the contract. After 10 days has passed, if no rent has been collected, the camper will be asked to vacate their spot and bill will be turned over to collections.

The City of Elgin will still recognize a 10% discount to Good Sam’s Members and Recreation USA Members and will also recognize a 20% discount for active or retired Military with ID.

Non-Park Residents without a campsite will continue to be able to take showers for $3 and dump sewer for $5.

A Space Rental is for 2 adults. More then 2 Adults in a RV is $5 per extra person and must have prior approval from Park Manager/Host if staying for more then a week, Tent spots are $3 per extra person.
