CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1313 (2014)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SETTING APPOINTMENT OF THE BUDGET OFFICER FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015 (2014-2015)

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin is required by Oregon State Budget law to appoint a Budget Officer 

WHEREAS:  the City of Elgin appoints Laird Allen, City Recorder/Administrator Pro Tem as the Budget Officer for the fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014-June 30, 2015).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin appoints Laird Allen, City Recorder/Administrator Pro Tem as the Budget Officer for the fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014-June 30, 2015).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of March 2014.
