1347 Pay Scale

CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1347 (2015)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SETTING the pay scale to be included in the city Personnel Policy Manual

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin hereby authorizes the Elgin City Council and Recorder/Administrator  to accept the pay-scale created by the Recorder/Administrator based on the wage study performed in January of 2015.

WHEREAS:  This resolution allows for the city to maintain a competitive wage scale with cities plus or minus populations of 400 to Elgin and allow proper employee growth.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin will ensure all employees are paid on a competitive scale based on experience and job performance.
