CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1326 (2014)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING THE ADHERENCE TO HOUSE BILL 2662

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin hereby authorizes the adherence of House Bill 2662:  requiring banks and mortgage companies to register vacant, foreclosed property with the city and requiring a sign be posted on vacant, foreclosed residential properties.

WHEREAS:  This resolution allows the City of Elgin to be full compliance and adherence to the requirements of House Bill 2662.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin will adhere to the requirements in House Bill 2662.
