CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 12 (2023)

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON’S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES

The City of Elgin, Oregon resolves as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the city hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 2023-2024.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2023.

I Brock Eckstein certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on April 3rd, 2023 and a public hearing before the City Council was held on June 29th, 2023, giving citizens an opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing.
