CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 24 (2025)

A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO UNION COUNTY ORDINANCE 2014-03 UNION COUNTY DOG CONTROL DISTRICT

Whereas, the Union County Commissioners adopted Ordinance No. 2014-03, UNION COUNTY DOG CONTROL DISTRICT ORDINANCE.

Whereas, to be applicable within the City of Elgin, Ordinance must be consented to by the City Council pursuant to ORS 203.040.

Now, Therefore, the City of Elgin Resolves as follows:

The City Council of Elgin hereby consents to Ordinance 2014-03, attached to this Ordinance and incorporated herein, allowing Union County jurisdiction regarding dog control within the incorporated City of Elgin.
