CITY OF ELGIN, OREGON RESOLUTION 1348 (2015)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING the Personnel Policy Manual complete in 2015

WHEREAS:  The City of Elgin hereby authorizes the Elgin City Council and Recorder/Administrator to accept the Personnel Policy Manual provided by CIS with specific revisions made by the Council and Recorder/Administrator and publish the product for use.

WHEREAS:  This resolution allows for the city to maintain a clear and comprehensive personnel policy manual explaining all expectations and benefits of city employees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The City of Elgin will ensure all employees fully understand all benefits and expectations that are placed upon them.
